Last Saturday, May 25, from Wikiesfera and in coordination with the Union of Journalists of Madrid (@MadridSPM) we dedicate a day to make Palestinian journalists visible on Wikipedia by translating different articles.

We organize this activity aware of the situation that has been going on in Gaza for months and after having signed the Joint Declaration on Palestine that we carried out different groups of the Wikimedia Movement last April.

As in each editatona, we invited an expert in the subject that we were going to deal with. On this occasion, we have the journalist, writer and researcher Olga Rodríguez, specialized in international information, Middle East and Human Rights. He is one of the most reputable voices on the genocide that Israel is committing in Gaza and told us about the situation of journalism in this area.
