Wikisphere is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, race, sexual orientation, physical appearance or any other physical or social circumstance. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind to those who participate in our conferences and face-to-face activities. Harassment is completely inappropriate behavior in all Wikisphere events. Those who participate in our events and violate these rules will be warned and may be expelled by the organizers.
Those who participate in our events must follow these rules in all venues and spaces thereof and in all related social activities.

2. Presentations
Those who make presentations, including those who are responsible for stands or stands, will not use sexualized images or promote sexual activities. Presenters, including associate staff and volunteers, will not wear sexualized clothing, uniforms or costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. These individuals must indicate to Wikiesfera that they agree to comply with the Safe Space Policy prior to the event.

If necessary, the team of the space where the event takes place and / or the authorities will be involved.
