Last Friday, February 16, the the Aspasia Project of Government of Aragon (@aragonabierto) continued its cycle of editatones with a day dedicated to Aragonese STEM Women. This activity is part of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, which is held every 11 February (@11defebreroES), “in order to achieve full and equal access to and participation in science for women and girls, in addition to achieving gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls”.

One of the missions of the #the Aspasia Community is to make women visible and promote the gender perspective towards a more egalitarian society. This event will continue with other editatonas dedicated to different topics during 2022, with a double objective: Make more and more relevant Aragonese women visible on Wikipedia and continue to establish the WikiAragón group of editors.

> Expert

As in each editatona, we invite an expert in the subject that we are going to deal with. On this occasion, we were lucky to have Raquel Villacampa (@ raquel_villacam), PhD in mathematics from the University of Zaragoza, specialist in Differential Geometry and scientific disseminator.
