Last Saturday, June 6, we took advantage of the protest carried out by the Guerrilla Girls on 14 June 1984 against an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA) in which, out of 169 artists, only 13 were women, and we dedicate a day to the Women Artists to make his absence visible also in Wikipedia and share the need for that to change.

By having the support of the Oxfam Intermon Home Program, led by Zinnia Quirós (@zinniaqc), we were able to give a book to each of the participants. With this gift, we also wanted to contribute with three bookstores in Madrid (Women & Company, Dream Traffickers y The Shadow), to help with our droplet to its sustainability after the months of confinement.

As in each editatona, we invite an expert in the subject that we are going to deal with. On this occasion, we have the specialist in Art and Feminism Encina Villanueva Lorenzana (@_Waslala_) who told us about the situation of women in the art world through history.
