On March 11, from Wikisphere and in coordination with the Department of Women and Equality of Getafe City Council (@aytogetafe) and Institute for Gender Studies (@iegUC3M) of the Carlos III University from Madrid, we dedicate a day to make Wikipedia visible to Women Creators of History through the publication of several biographies.

This activity is part of the actions of the month of March around the International Women's Day, and on the occasion of 25th Anniversary of the Department of Women and Equality the City Council of Getafevideo summary), with the aim of Raise awareness of the gender gap in Wikipedia. In addition to introducing them to the world of editing, a talk was made about Wikipedia's own philosophy.
