Last Saturday, December 1, in the center of digital culture Medialab Prado of Madrid was dedicated a editatona to the women of the world of animation to make visible the absence of content related to them on Wikipedia. From 11:00 am, participants and organizers gathered in the Alameda 1 room of the center to talk about the current situation of women cheerleaders.

By having the support of the Oxfam Intermon Home Program, led by Zinnia Quirós (@zinniaqc), we could have some juices and buns to regain strength.

As in each editatona, we invite an expert in the subject that we are going to deal with. On this occasion, we have the director and expert in animation Lula Gomez (@lulagomezfem), author of the feminist video series You're a poop, who told us about the invisibility of women in the world of animation (and gave us the video about the gender gap in Wikipedia that you will see below).

Also attended by the comrades of MIA Women in the Animation Industry (@mianimacion) that they have just launched their organization to help give greater visibility to women in this world of cinema.
