Last Friday, October 4, in coordination with the Chair Digital Gender Gap (@gencaticUV) of the University of Valencia (@UV_EG), we dedicate a face-to-face day to the STEM Women to make their absence visible on Wikipedia and share the need for that to change. We did it within the days of the InnovativeAs workshop, with the aim of reducing disparities in access, training and employment in terms of the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) between men and women.

On this occasion, we met at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Valencia and developed this activity with very varied professional profiles, both business and scientific and academic (doctoral and postdoctoral students) to live what it means to publish an article on Wikipedia and realize how important is your contribution to the knowledge of the free encyclopedia.
