WikiFuturo 2026: diverse voices + knowledge on Wikipedia
> Theme
During the month of March 2026, Wikisphere co-organised the campaign WikiFuture 2026 along with other Spanish-speaking Wikimedia groups. An initiative that combined editing, reflection and celebration of diversity in free knowledge, with the aim of making visible the stories, contributions and knowledge of women in all their breadth, and that is part of the global campaign of the movement: Celebrate Women 2026.
WikiFuturo was born with a clear premise: the future of knowledge is written today, and not all voices are present. Therefore, this campaign seeks not only to add articles, but also to strengthen inclusive, careful and sustainable communities; to better edit together, not only more; and to collectively imagine the knowledge we want to build and preserve. In line with our purpose, from Wikisphere, we will continue to promote that free knowledge is built from diversity.

> Wikisphere activities
The Wikisphere Community joined the campaign by carrying out different activities. Throughout the month, a total of 9 programmes editing, training and dissemination, in which they actively participated 60 editors and editors.
