Last Tuesday, October 31, on the occasion of Night of the Dead, at the Digital Culture Centre Medialab Prado of Madrid it was decided to make a night editatone that would allow us to make visible on Wikipedia women accused of being witches throughout history.

> Guest

As in each editatona, we invite an expert in the subject that we are going to deal with. On this occasion, we have the storyteller Maísa Marbán (@MaisaMarban) that introduced us to the universe of witchcraft through a wonderful story. After this magical moment we all read together a text about the visibility of women to close the circle on a special night:

EDITATONA CONJURY

Composers, travelers, actresses and writers,
photographers, poets and pioneers of electronic music,
artists, film directors and architects,
programmers, scientists and creators of ideas.

With this editatona we will write about you,
we will tell your processes, contributions and trajectories,
And the free encyclopedia will be filled with your lives,
that have been hidden throughout history.

Hey, hey, hey! They are the voices of those who have not been heard,
of those whose contributions have been made invisible.
But when their biographies are published on Wikipedia,
You will be free from oblivion and your lives will be valued.

Forces of the academy, the press, the institution,
We make this call to you!

If it's true that you have more power than most of us,
here and now, recognize the contribution of women to history,
and participate with us in this EDITATON!
