Last Thursday, November 21, within the Festival Click Your Debt, coordinated by the Citizen Debt Audit Platform (@AuditCitizen) in Medialab Prado in Madrid, an editathon was organized in which activists related to private debt and public debt, economy and citizen audits were gathered to create content on this subject in Wikipedia.

The objective of this meeting was to improve the focus, quality and number of articles on debt, types of debt and related content, as well as concepts and economic jargon, which are usually described in a technical and incomprehensible way for citizens.

On this occasion, we worked on both the Spanish Wikipedia and the Italian and French Wikipedia, since participants from different languages came. We take advantage of these synergies to generate articles in the different Wikipedias.
