One editatone or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and making visible the absence of articles related to women. With this objective and as the last face-to-face activity of the course, from Wikiesfera and in coordination with Medialab Matadero we propose you to participate in a editatona to publish biographies of fantasy and science fiction authors on Wikipedia.

We will have the presence of the journalist and researcher Elisa McCausland (@reinohueco) author of several books and founder of the Collective of Comic Book Authors (AC) to fight for equality and against sexism in the cartoon world. In this activity, you will tell us about how we women are in the world of fantasy and science fiction.

This activity is aimed at anyone interested in make visible on Wikipedia the lives and contributions of women in history. So, If you want to take your first steps as a Wikipedian, this is your chance ⁇
