From Wikisphere, in coordination with the Cultural Center of Puente Tocinos of Murcia City Council y subsidized by the Ministry of Culture under the project “Creating free knowledge communities with a feminist approach”, we invite you to participate in the Editatona of women in Murcia.

An editatona is a collaborative activity to create and improve content on Wikipedia, reduce the gender gap and make visible the contributions of women in history, culture, science and society.

The day will allow us to continue giving continuity to the work that we have been developing since 2022 in the city. strengthening the local WikiAlboroque editing community and giving a new boost to the Murcia node. During the session we will work both practical aspects of editing and creating and translating articles and publishing content to make visible relevant women, especially Murcia.

This activity is part of the accompaniment we are doing to consolidate sustainable and autonomous territorial nodes, and contribute to the creation in Murcia of an active community committed to free knowledge with a gender perspective.

> Who can participate?

This editatone is aimed at anyone interested in Making Women's Lives and Contributions Visible on Wikipedia. No prior knowledge required but yes you must bring your laptop.

• ✅ Type with keyboard with ease
