V Editatona of researchers #21S

We propose you to participate in an editatona to publish articles by women researchers on Wikipedia.

One editatone or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and making visible the absence of articles related to women. With this objective, from Wikisphere and in coordination with the Subdirectorate-General for State Archives (@archivosest) of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Spain (@culturagob) we propose you to participate in this editatona to publish on Wikipedia articles by women who researched in the State Archives.

This is the fifth activity we organize on this topic, with the aim of giving visibility to the research of the project Women Investigators in the State Archives (1900-1970). You can see the chronicles of the previous editatones:

About the project

The project Women Investigators in the State Archives (1900-1970) is a pioneering initiative in Spanish archival, focused on highlighting the role of women in historical research. It brings together the efforts of seven centers of the Subdirectorate General of State Archives, creating a microsite in the Portal de Archivos Españoles (PARES). This project provides access to documents that reveal the female contribution in history and science, and continues to expand, serving as a valuable resource and tribute to women researchers.
