We propose you to participate in an editatona to publish biographies of women philosophers and thinkers in Wikipedia

One editatone or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and making visible the absence of articles related to women. With this aim and as a small tribute to the French philosopher Olympe de Gouges (7 May 1748), author of the Declaration on the Rights of Women and Citizens, on the 275th anniversary of its birth, from Wikiesfera and in coordination with Medialab Matadero we propose you to participate in a editatona to publish biographies of women philosophers and thinkers on Wikipedia.

We will have the presence of the philosopher, writer and disseminator Nerea White (@Filosofers) creator of the Filosofers platform in 2015, in which she disseminates the philosophy in an accessible and enjoyable way for the general public and where critical thinking is encouraged. In this activity, you will tell us about how we women are in the world of philosophy

Who can participate?

This activity is aimed at anyone interested in make visible on Wikipedia the lives and contributions of women in history. So, If you want to take your first steps as a Wikipedian, this is your chance
