On September 20th I had the opportunity to participate in the II National Meeting of Citizen Science in Social Sciences and Humanities: Common Identities (#common identities2) in Etopia, Center for Art and Technology (@etopia_) in Zaragoza, organized by the the Ibercivis Foundation (@Ibercivis).
After listening to interesting and varied proposals on citizen science in our country, I was able to explain what we do from Wikisphere as a learning group actively combating the gender gap on Wikipedia since 2015. I leave you my speech:
Our participation in this meeting has also served to include Wikiesfera as Citizen Science Project in the list drawn up by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
