One editatone or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and making visible the absence of articles related to women. With this objective and participating as one of the events organized around the 11 February, International Day of Women and Girls in Science, from Wikiesfera we propose you to participate in a virtual editatona to publish biographies of STEM women (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) on Wikipedia.

Who can participate?

This activity is aimed at anyone interested in make visible on Wikipedia the lives and contributions of women in history. So, If you want to take your first steps as a Wikipedian, this is your chance ⁇
