One editatone<\/strong><\/em> or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and<\/strong> making visible the absence of articles related to women<\/strong>. With this objective, from Wikiesfera we propose you to participate in a editatona to publish on Wikipedia relevant women's articles in the Decorative Arts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We carry out this activity in collaboration with the National Museum of Decorative Arts<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 MNAD (@mnad_madrid<\/a>), of the Ministry of Culture<\/strong>, with the aim of making more women artists and designers visible on Wikipedia, as well as profiles of pioneering entrepreneurs in running companies and factories linked to the Decorative Arts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In this event, we will have the presence of Carmen Gait\u00e1n Salinas<\/strong> (@CarmenGaitanSa1<\/a>) and Idoia Murga Castro<\/strong><\/a>. They are researchers of the Institute of History<\/a> the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC)@CSIC<\/a>) and have jointly curated the exhibition of the National Museum of Decorative Arts entitled \u2018Al bies. Artists and design in the Spanish avant-garde\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
