One editatone<\/strong><\/em> or editing marathon is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, combating the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and<\/strong> making visible the absence of articles related to women<\/strong>. With this objective, from Wikisphere<\/strong> and in coordination with the Subdirectorate-General for State Archives<\/strong> (@archivosest<\/a>) of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Spain<\/strong> (@culturagob<\/a>) we propose you to participate in this editatona to publish on Wikipedia translations of articles by women who researched in the State Archives<\/strong>. This is the second activity we organize on this topic, with the aim of giving visibility to the research of the project Women Investigators in the State Archives (1900-1970)<\/strong>. The project Women Investigators in the State Archives (1900-1970)<\/a><\/strong> is a pioneering initiative in Spanish archival, focused on highlighting the role of women in historical research<\/strong>. It brings together the efforts of seven centers of the Subdirectorate General of State Archives, creating a microsite in the Portal de Archivos Espa\u00f1oles (PARES). This project provides access to documents that reveal the female contribution in history and science<\/strong>, and continues to expand, serving as a valuable resource and tribute to women researchers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
