One of the guests at this meeting was our colleague <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mar\u00eda-sefidari-huici\/\">Maria Sefidari (disambiguation)<\/a><\/strong> who made a historical tour of <strong>how the women of the Wikimedia Movement have organized over the years<\/strong> to identify and change the structures of the movement that prevented or hindered their participation.
