One editatone<\/strong><\/em> o editing marathon<\/strong> It is an activity in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia, reduce the gender gap of the free encyclopedia and make visible the absence of content about women and their historical and cultural contributions. For this purpose, from Wikisphere<\/strong>, in coordination with the City of Energy Foundation (CIUDEN)<\/strong>, body attached to the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO)<\/strong>, we invite you to participate in a editatona dedicated to circus women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity to be carried out in The Cultural Thermal (@latermicacultural<\/a>)<\/strong>, cultural facility dependent on CUIDEN, is part of the cycle Incandescent. E_ya<\/strong>, which in this edition focuses on cirqueras and the presence of women in the public space. From that same logic, we propose to intervene also in the digital space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion We will work with a selection of circus women who deserve greater visibility in the digital ecosystem.<\/strong>, we will also reflect on how knowledge is built collectively and what biases we find. Wikipedia is one of the most used consultation spaces in the world and participating in this activity is a concrete way to contribute to writing contemporary cultural history<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a hospital clown, Wikipedia editor and member of the Wikisphere motor team. Passionate about the circus, founded the WikiProject Circus<\/a><\/em> y Miss Cirquera<\/a><\/em> to document and disseminate this scenic art as a cultural heritage<\/strong>. He has led the communication of Cartography of Circus<\/em>, writes about circus and participates as a speaker sharing his experience in collaborative creation and cultural memory.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
