Last Friday, February 16, the the Aspasia Project<\/strong> of Government of Aragon<\/strong> (@aragonabierto<\/a>) continued its cycle of editatones with a day dedicated to Aragonese STEM Women<\/strong><\/a>. This activity is part of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science<\/a><\/strong>, which is held every 11 February<\/a> (@11defebreroES<\/a>), \u201cin order to achieve full and equal access to and participation in science for women and girls, in addition to achieving gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the missions of the #the Aspasia Community<\/a><\/strong> is to make women visible and promote the gender perspective towards a more egalitarian society. This event will continue with other editatonas dedicated to different topics during 2022, with a double objective: Make more and more relevant Aragonese women visible on Wikipedia and continue to establish the WikiArag\u00f3n group of editors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

> Expert<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n

As in each editatona, we invite an expert in the subject that we are going to deal with. On this occasion, we were lucky to have Raquel Villacampa<\/a><\/strong> (@ raquel_villacam<\/a>)<\/span>, PhD in mathematics from the University of Zaragoza, specialist in Differential Geometry and scientific disseminator<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
