This activity is part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/D%C3%ADa_Internacional_de_la_Mujer_y_la_Ni%C3%B1a_en_la_Ciencia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Day of Women and Girls in Science<\/a><\/strong>, which is held every <a href=\"https:\/\/11defebrero.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">11 February<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/11defebreroES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@11defebreroES<\/a>), <em>\u201cin order to achieve full and equal access to and participation in science for women and girls, in addition to achieving gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the missions of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.laaab.es\/comunidad-aspasia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#the Aspasia Community<\/a><\/strong> is to make women visible and promote the gender perspective towards a more egalitarian society.
