His presentation allowed us to disassemble the stereotyped image of archives as closed and unrelevant spaces, showing that they are actually living systems of documents present in our daily lives and fundamental for management, research and culture. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wikiesfera.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11591\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;object-fit:cover\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wikiesfera.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wikiesfera.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wikiesfera.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1-12x12.jpg 12w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explained how these documents, since their creation in administrative processes, can become over time documentary heritage and key sources to understand history, as well as the <strong>active role of archivists<\/strong> in its organization, conservation, access and valuation, a process that involves technical but also ethical decisions about which memory is preserved.
